Ancona Park Development

Named after a treasured park in its community, this in-progress development features a series of hybrid, stacked back-to-back townhouses at 240 Finch Avenue. Designed in collaboration with Vermilion Developments, this environmentally-friendly, green project has been cited as Toronto’s next “it” townhouse neighbourhood. Nineteen (19) units, with individual parkings, are carefully planned and configured, maximizing the lot size and catering to all needs.
