This under construction project is located on Bathurst Street in the town of Richmond Hill, providing 15 freehold townhomes with condominium elements. In collaboration with its developer, Rivermill Homes, we aimed to design intelligently-configured spaces with needs of future-families in-mind. Ancona Park Development

Named after a treasured park in its community, this in-progress development features a series of hybrid, stacked back-to-back townhouses at 240 Finch Avenue. Designed in collaboration with Vermilion Developments, this environmentally-friendly, green project has been cited as Toronto’s next “it” townhouse neighbourhood. Nineteen (19) units, with individual parkings, are carefully planned and configured, maximizing the lot size and catering to all needs.
